1. Match backsplash to the pieces that need it
- a. Not necessary if the stone is very uniform in color
- b. some pieces and backsplashes are marked with corresponding numbers
2. Cut the backsplash to length if necessary
3. Polish the finished side of each backsplash using the Flying Flat machine
4. Round and polish the finished edges and any sides not polished on the machine
